Real Living Real Estate announced that it will begin selling new franchises later this year, after temporarily halting expansion in 2012 during its transition to new ownership.
“We’re very excited about the opportunity to resume the growth of the Real Living network,” says Bob McAdams, president of Real Living.
Real Living expects to open new locations by the end of the year.
Last year, Real Living’s ownership transitioned from Toronto-based Brookfield Residential Property Services to HSF Affiliates LLC, headquartered in Irvine, Calif.
“HSF Affiliates will continue to operate multiple real estate brands, and Real Living is well positioned within our overall organizations,” says Earl Lee, CEO of HSF Affiliates.
