REALTORS: How to create your ‘best day ever’ every single day

Agents quickly discover that achieving success as an entrepreneur means maximizing every moment of every day.   • Look at the hot sheets: When you know the market, you know new listings, you know new escrows, and you’re better prepared to serve your clients. Knowledge is power.
  • Role play: Just like you stretch before you exercise, you need to practice before you pick up the phone to engage with prospective clients. Spend 15-20 minutes a day role-playing objection-handlers, closes, prequalification conversations or whatever scripts you need to convert more business. Whatever you do, don’t “warm up” on your actual calls.
  • Hours of power: Call your database, call your hot sources, follow up on leads. Book those appointments and set yourself up for success!
